First realize that anger is an emotion that we all experience, it is natural.

It is a secondary emotion to 1 of 3 things:
1. HURTS
2. FRUSTRATIONS
3. FEARS
If we implode the source of our anger it will fester.
So we need to deal with our anger...
1. DONT DENY IT.
2. DELAY IT, Stop and cool down
(You will hurt others if you don't delay it)
3. DEFINE IT... (is it from hurt, frustration, or fear?)
 Why are you really angry?
REFLECT INSTEAD OF REACT.
4. DEFUSE IT....PUT IT TO REST, HANDLE IT IN A GOD HONORING MANNER.
5. DELIVER IT TO GOD.

ANGER requires a response, its a choice...
