Heavenly Father we bless you, we magnify
You and we thank you for what you are about
to do.

There is a fear, an anxiety pattern that
is recycling. Today the Lord is going to
break its power over you.

You are not going to be defeated by this.
God is going to unplug you from this...
In this season.

The enemy has played with your memory and
anchored you to upsetting events. Though
they are in your past, they are triggered
in remembrance in the present. God is
putting a buffer in-between you and that
emotional trigger right now.

The enemy has sought to attack not just
your confidence, but your competence. You
have second guessed your skills as well
as your capabilities and it has effected
your motivation. Well its over. The Holy
Spirit is going to rebuild your sense of
competency.

Declare these words:
I am competent, I am skillful, and I will
no longer be intimidated by these lies.
I will regain and recapture as well as
renew the strength I had before I went
through this dip. I will be stronger in
my weak place than I have ever been,
even in the strongest place in my life.
I curse my disappointments and command
them to dry up now. I am no longer
anchored to the memories of trauma that
have set me back. In Jesus name I cut
the cord to the emotional tie that would
keep recycling these negative events.
My heart will not be troubled. Today I
break its power and I rise up in strength.
In the mighty name of Jesus...Amen.
